Will my data be safe and private?

We understand your concerns around how our product might affect the privacy of your data. We stand by our policy to never sell any information or data to anyone, nor will we ever request to use your information or data in any way that could be harmful to you.

What happens to my plan if I cancel my account?

If you choose to cancel, please be aware that your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period. If you have an annual plan, it will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you have a monthly plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the month. You will no longer have access to the plans you’ve chosen. As a courtesy, we will let you know via email before we cancel your account. If you cancel your account, we cannot guarantee that any of your data will be recoverable.

Sprocket has been made for startups and small businesses requiring an entire marketing team but without the budget for one. We will become your fully-fledged in-house marketing team. With Sprocket, you can do everything from managing your leads to your campaigns, from writing and content to social media and SEO.

What's Sprocket's privacy policy?

1) Your information is yours.2) We won’t sell it.3) We won’t give it to anyone else.Here’s how we ensure both points are upheld at all times:We use your data to make your accounts work, including billing and support systems. We store all the files you send us in secure storage, in the same way that Dropbox, Google Drive and Box do. We monitor your accounts constantly to ensure they stay safe and running smoothly. What types of businesses is Sprocket good for?

Any business or industry can use Sprocket to save time and improve efficiency. We work with Small Businesses, Enterprises, Startups, and Charities and even Government Agencies.

What is the best way to share my plan with my business partner or others?

Sprocket's dashboard makes it easy to share your plan with your entire team. Click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "Share Plan View, " which will bring up a dialogue box that allows you to quickly share your plan view with anyone you want. If you would like to invite more people, please do so from within your admin dashboard. 

What file types can I export to?

You can export your Sprocket files and artwork to PNG, JPG and PDF.

What currencies can I pay in?

You can pay in USD and EUR. All of our payments are processed through Stripe, and they handle the currency conversion if needed. You'll receive the total in your desired currency before submitting your payment (if you've chosen to be billed in Euro or USD, depending on where your business is based).

What are your payment terms?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Sprocket is a subscription-based SaaS platform for start ups and small businesses. 

Is it easy to cancel my subscription?

Yeah, of course. Just head to Settings from your app.You can also access the same settings from your Account page.On the Account page, you can see all your active subscriptions and change or cancel any subscription on file with us.

Does Sprocket support different languages and currencies?

Sprocket supports English, and soon Spanish and French, and we are currently adding more languages. We also support multiple currencies, including the Euro, Canadian dollar, British pound and Japanese yen.

How many users are included in each plan?

Sprocket allows you to use the platform for as many or as few users as you need. You can add additional users to each plan in increments of 5, 10 and 20 users. You will not be charged for any users over your plan's capacity. All plans include access to all the core features, but projects are limited to your account settings.

Can Sprocket help me with my sales forecast?

Sprocket lets you forecast sales across a number of different products, which makes it easier for you to understand your sales potential. Just add your products to the dashboard and go over your product categories as well as your price points. Next, run a forecast to see your sales estimates for the next 12 months.

Do you offer refunds?

No. However, we will work with you on a case by case basis.We are confident that with Sprocket, you will see a significant increase in your business and revenue. Even if that doesn't happen, we want to empower you to succeed.

Can my partner and I work on the plan at the same time?

Yes. As long as you have a Sprocket plan, you can work on the same project together.

Can I work on more than one project/playbook?

You can work on any number of projects. We encourage you to do so if one project depends on another.

Can I start a free trial

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial.

Can I use Sprocket without an Internet connection?

Yes, Sprocket is optimised to work with an Internet connection, but you can use many of the features in the app even when you're offline.

Can I import financial data from Excel, QuickBooks, or other software?

Unfortunately, not at the moment, but this is a feature that will be released soon.

Can I change or cancel my plan after signing up?

Yes. You can easily manage your account by logging into your dashboard and clicking on "My Account" at the top right, then "Billing Settings". Here you'll be able to see all the credit options available, cancel or make changes to your plan.

Are any discounts available?

Sprocket offers a variety of products that can help your business grow. We offer discounts if you pay annually and have promotions that run at various times throughout the year.

Are payments monthly or annually

We have two options for payment - annual or monthly; Annual is billed annually, and monthly is billed throughout the year.
